Just wanted to give a shout out to Injen on their polished CAI kit for my recently acquired 03 350Z. Well packed/protected, good finish on the polished parts, everything was in the box and installation was more than easy, of course I have installed my share of CAI's. Also props to Carpartsdiscount.com. They had the lowest price on the polished kit and it arrived as promised.
Unfortunately for you, that intake isn't worth a **** in the performance department.
Not really looking for much performance out of it. I want the more aggressive sound and the bit of polish under the hood. This is my daily driver and will have some subtle mods only. I will adjust the height and tweak the exhaust but not much more than that. I have my "weekend" cars in the garage when I want to drive something that is 'spirited.'

In that case then you made a good choice.
I had the Injen cold air on my '03 Z and it looked and sounded fantastic. When I parted out my car and put the stocker back on though it DEFINITELY picked up some power compared to the Injen.
ill agree, it sucks and ill have one in great condition in just a bit, Im putting on my jim wolf again, there is def a difference. It does look awesome tho !
