Well if he doesn't have much experience I would be a little hesitant simply because there are a lot of little things that can break. If you have never removed your bumper and worked in the tight spaces in the engine bay I would allow about 3 hours just so you can take your time. Like I said its not hard at all, and removing the bumper and old intakes should take virtually no time but getting the Injens in and adjusted so everything fits perfectly is a little tedious and can get annoying. If you know how to turn some wrenches and aren't afraid to tackle a small project, I would go for it. Just go step by and you will be fine. Injen even provides instructions that are fairly helpful. Ask him how much just the intakes would be and consider doing it yourself.

He said 390 for just the intake so he's charging 10 bucks to put em on sounds kinda to good to be true like I was thinking the only thing that worrys me is trying to take my bumper off

The drop in performs pretty good. did nissan claim horsepower from a ram air effect on stock air boxes? (6hp) in real world the drop in may be equal to the cai. Both cai produce more torque throughout the low to mid range and no doubt the injen produces high rpm air flow and horsepower!
