Default $450 installed for brand new Nismo headers? Worth it?

So a local shop owner has a new set of Nismo headers. He said he would give them to me and install them if I put a decal on my rear windshield, basically sponsoring me.

First, is this a worthwhile mod and second what is the expected cost and install time normally?

take that deal and run with it.

install price ranges from 250-600 on the 350z for a pair of headers. it's honestly a PITA but doable.

just make sure it's not a nismo knock off like other members have seen before.

Apparently they are worth 3 times as much if you are getting them for $450...

Free headers and installation? Why not?

$450 or free installation?

I would say depends on the logo and size of said decal? Cool looking or not very big, go for it.
I paid around $400 for install, took the shop a day or so (unbolted motor) to install mine. Now I have better gas mileage and my butt dyno says I have more power.

I say go for it

Pm adam at z1 or kwame. They'd know for sure. If you decided against going turbo then sure why not. Id get a tune and other bolt ons also. Not sure what you already have.

Go with the deal! But don't think they are authentic.

I believe these are what the authentic look like.

Im sure they r authentic if not the dealerships are selling knockoffs, cause i ordered mine from my dealer and they look just like that, came in nissan/nismo box. Maybe nissan had someone else manufacture their headers in the later years??

The look about the saem to me. If they are fake, then they are some really nice quality fakes with all the machining and chamfering inside...
