Default Do YOU GUYS HEAR ANY HISS OR RASP? ARK PERFORMANCE HFC

After 2 weeks with this car.
Taking on and off the HFC's for tests (We owned the demon bolt x8)
Testing various Type 2 and Type 1 setups
Calculating frequency
Calculating exhaust gas temp
Calculating the velocity of the exhaust gas
Measuring the length of our HFC

We have done what no other company accomplished since the VQ first debuted with the G35/350z.

The main task at hand was eliminating the rasp and hiss caused by Testpipes and HFC's.

The video below shows some revs with AEM cold air intake + ARK HFC Prototype + ARK Type 2 v2 Exhaust prototype.

We will be starting on the HR/DE 350z. We already have the layout of it. Just have to put this together.

you should also record with a high quality video/audio. Higher the quality the easier it is to hear imperfections. I'd hook up an external microphone.

I had hiss and rasp. All I had to do was get a properly mated exahust. Ofcourse you'll get hiss if you have 2.5 inch TP into a 2.36 inch Y pipe which goes into a 3 inch exhaust.

We are working to bring the price of this down as much as we can without giving up quality of the material used. Of course, the most expensive piece is the Core of the CAT.

I figured this was true. I never really looked into it.
But it has come across my mind.

OT. Sexy sounding set up.
I picture this set up being pretty damn pricey.

The price will be reasonable for a HFC. We want people to run our parts, not admire it from afar.

I have a HR with Berk HFC's and HATE the hiss/rasp. I am definitely switching to anything that can eliminate these common issues. The only solution I have found is Fast Intentions' resonated high flow cats, but the price makes them unreasonable. Are you trying to sell something similar at a cheaper price?

I know they're expensive but get motordyne's ART pipes, and you'll be truly pleased.

I've had ART pipes before and was not really impressed. I removed them because I could not stand the smell on a daily driven vehicle.

ARK Performance, please follow through with this, as I am sure there are others that have the same problem as I, where we want performance gains, but do not want to sacrifice sound/smell/legality/our wallets.
