I've listened to Bassani / XXX Test pipe (Berks, GTM etc...)
There is no way you can miss a slight raspy sound on all of them

I'm actually waiting on a set of art pipes to ship out and arrive so I can run them with my bassani exhaust, I never found a clip or anything so I just decided to give it a go. Tony from motordyne told me the art pipes were held up in production because of some issue so they would be delayed an extra two weeks, if you don't mind waiting that time I'll post up a video.

Last time I check online for the ART pipe, the current photo is definitely a revised version.

Recently, I installed bassani exhaust + CNT resonated testpipe, there is rasp in that combo too. Its not so bad once everything gets hot, won't hear it cruising under 3K rpm, just a low rumble w/ pops but once you step on it, there's rasp. Getting driver's side OEM cat out was such a b...h I'm not willing to go through that again-broke like 5 sockets before the bolts broke. I'm trying to learn to love it or like it at least.

 

Sweet, I've been waiting for a month ordered at beginning of september cant wait to receive and install them.

 

They must have been rusted on after sitting in the same position since it was made at the factory.

Did you spray them with lots of PB blaster before starting?

 

Just to update the OP and those wanting to hear the combination, pipes shipped today got my tracking # expected on Friday so hopefully by Saturday I'll have sound clips.

That's slightly a bit pricey than the ART. But, I'll wait till I hear this combo first and decide which one is best.

Got them in last thursday and installed friday, but.......my Galaxy S sucks for audio recording I have a couple clips but they sound distortioned. I'll try to upload them tonight or tomorrow I'm at work. All I have to say is I love it, no rasp, nada whatsoever, no rasp, just did a six hour trip to houston from brownsville no drone. Bassani +ART=WIN!!!!! Got quieter but deeper in low range rpms and loud at WOT, perfect for me.

Audio quality is not great, one is a clip while tuning at jtran and other outside my house late at night didnt want to wake neighbors up lol.
