Greddy ti-c single/Not loud....Why
I bought a used exhaust Single greddy ti-c for my 04 350z, seller said he had it for about 1 year and it does look pretty clean and in good condish. I made this purchase based on a few I heard on youtube and LOVED the deep low tone (They also had no mods other than the greddy resonator and muffler) Once I bolted it up I thought I would hear a nice rumble after a cold start, or even a lil rev. and I dont....I really am not impressed until it reaches about 5 grand and its more of a slightly higher pitch sound than a deep tone I was looking for, any advice
Do I need new cats? (If I did wouldn't my Check engine light be on)? Any chance they guy who had this before may have had engine problems that could have effected the internals of the exhaust?

there are 2 bolts on the tip take them of then ditch the silencer... if that's not enough
go get a non-resonated y-pipe.... NOT ENOUGH high flow cats... more shorty headers
that's as loud as it could get....
good luck,

I've got a nismo s tune with test pipes and its pretty loud.
If loud is the thing you're going for you could search around I saw a guy with a setup that set of car alarms when he started it, you probably won't deafen people enough with yours.
