Default Best Exhaust For Performance? 03 Twin Turbo

I need some advice here. I'm in the market for an exhaust for my z. It's an 03 with the greddy twin turbo 18g kit. It has stock exhaust right now (I know I'm loosing a good bit of hp). My last z had the HKS rep exhaust and it was pretty dang loud.. Loud enough to **** my teachers off at school lol. What would you all say is the best exhaust to get that air flowin and gain hp? Not looking for something crazy loud or ricey

turbos quiet your exhaust down so you can get that replica exhaust and probably be ok.

Motordyne TDX2 or Fast Intentions should fit that bill.

Sorry hijack thread -

My question is, would the regular TDX 2 suffice or opt for their 3in version which is my current plan

I believe that the standard TDX2 will be fine up to 500 to 600HP.

+1. You do not want a full dual 3" system. The Shockwave))) TDX2 will provide the best power curve. And if the turbo allows for test pipes, use the ART pipes for the best sound and performance.

Correct. You would actually lose a lot of midrange and upper midrange.

The Turbo TDX full dual 3" exhaust is recommended for 600+ HP.
