Default Rough idle after removal of Motordyne spacer

So I'm looking to sell my Z soon so I started putting it back to stock today. Took off my Motordyne 5/16 spacer, screwed everything back together, disconnected the battery for 15 minutes, connected it and I have a very rough idle? I figured it's just got to learn the air flow or whatever again. Am I right? I checked numerous times for vacuum leaks or anything and everything is in place.

My car has full bolt ons (minus the motordyne spacer now) and uprev tune.

vacuum leak. When in doubt take it all apart and put it back together again, for some strange reason sometimes it works perfectly the second time

Make sure your gasket isn't pinched.

vacuum leak for sure as others have stated.. take maf cleaner and spray around edges of gasket when cars running.. ANY as in even slight increase in rpm is your vacuum leak .
