Actually really easy for a single person...a little determination working from the top and bottom I was able to get one side out...
All six can be reached from below the car...

not sure how much more difficult the longtubes are than the regular headers but when i did them on my old 04, drivers side was the easiest?? just disconnect the steering rack and thats it (if i remember correctly)? passenger side was a ***** because of the coolant lines and all that other shenanigans. its been forever though so i could be forgetting some important steps that would make it harder.

Yes Massios ! The lexus guys screwed us and then Jet went above and beyond to delay it even more. Trust me I have 2 customers waiting as well, It's hard to deal with several companies to get a product together but we all learned our lesson and PPE is now doing EVERYTHING in house including coating.

i think everyone's tensions are just running high because we are all way way way beyond anxious to get these installed... especially after seeing derek's dynos. once we all have them on and get tuned, i suspect there will be a unanimous and resounding "yes it was worth the wait". i think, to ppe's credit, they hammered out nearly 60 sets of headers between a few guys pretty fast (the lexus group buy was around 40 people). i think it was jethot that really dropped the ball on this... it shouldnt take a month to get 15 sets of headers coated.
mgrotel - they didnt send terrasmak the wrong headers. they just forgot to put on the extra o2 bung on but they are taking care of it. good to know. we were all worried when we read that.
