Default Temporary pipe to substitute muffler?

Hey guys, My stock muffler has a crack in the dead center. So I have to take it off for a few weeks. Im looking for a pipe to substitute the muffler. One that bends down so it dont burn anything. I have no clue what the hell the name of it is. Ive tried google'ing it but I cant seem to find anything, mainly because I have no idea what its called. My buddy had to use one on his. Same thing happened to him. But he only needed the pipe and a clamp since his car had aftermarket doodoo on it when he purchased his Z. I need one that bolts on.

Any ideas on what this pipe is called?

Buy furnace cement from home depot. If crack is less than 1/8" wire brush the area then apply. Let dry for an hour then start up and wait for exhaust to heat up. 2000 degrees of temporary crack fix

Why not just another stock exhaust?

You're going to get ticketed if you just have a straight pipe, even at idle it sounds ridiculous

I'd suggest putting a patch on the muffler rather than screwing around
with a pipe. There are kits available, have a mesh or an asbestos patch along
with sealing paste.A sheet metal cover usually comes with the kit .Use oversize worm gear clamps around the muffler to hold everything in place. This should give
a nice temp repair.
