The peak gains from ART Test Pipes are not what they are really known for. With those, you gain a lot of power @ low end rpms (~2000-3000). It's very noticeable when driving.

I think most test pipes just give u gains across the board, but not nearly as much low end boost ART can offer.

 

im leaning towards getting the motordyne exhaust with the art pipes for my 06 z. which long tube headers would be recommended going with this set up if any at all?

 

With what you stated you can't add long tube headers to it...LTH and ART pipes occupy the same space. So it's either one or the other...

Motordyne is the way to go...

 

Shows how much I know is that the same for shorty headers as well
