I think 3 threads for the same topic is overkill OP so your threads have been merged....

Obviously something wasn't installed correctly, recheck all your bolts and I would bet it's the heat shield

Cuz I'm annoyed and I've only had the pipes in for 2 days !!
just turn up the radio, it doesnt have to be touching the heatsheild, just close to it and it will make it rattle some from the pulses of the exhaust

With my motordyne overkill. I don't think it's an issue. If your car is sputtering or something then you have a problem.

Default I hope it's nothing serious .......

Just about a week ago I installed art pipes on my 07 z .. One thing I came across after installing them .. Even after my engine is warm ... I feel like when I shift to 2nd or 3rd gear it doesn't "catch" it right away like it hesitates a bit. I'm not sure if it has to do with the pipes? ( it didn't do it before until now ) .. Or maybe it's something else ? Plz help !!! 😣😣

The first thing to try is removing the stupid pipes.

The best thing you can do is get an UpRev tune. Most likely your car is running lean after the art pipes and that hesitation you feel is your engine not getting enough fuel in a certain rpm range. Correcting your AFR will also reduce your risk/chance of getting a CEL. It is pricey, but get it done and side bonus of tune = more power as well

OP, when you installed them did you let your ECU reset? take your battery batter cables off for the night, push the brake pedal in, let it sit over night, plug everything back in before you go to work or something and then drive normally, not like a bat out of hell, normal haha

Lol my 1st performance mod was actually TDX2, then I got the ART pipes afterwards. But fairly certain a tune will solve your issues. I didn't really do an ECU reset. Basically the factory ECU can't adjust to optimal settings anyways, so it causes the lean spot/power loss.

Personally I'd get an exhaust before you go tune since you'd have to re-tune afterward (extra cost). Soooo much $$$$$$$$$
