post a shot of how you have it meeting up to the piping? What makes it hybrid ? Is it just located there rather than in front of the wheel ?

man your running pretty lean there might wanna be careful until you get that fixed, a point to be made is that the reason why these plenums produce such good gains up top is because of how much they lean out the cars a/f. leaning out the fuel makes more power, if its possible all-bark might we arrange a post ts reflash dyno session to see what it makes after you get the a/f right? plus the tuning may make even better gains. im sure we could find some members to throw down $$ to help out, i would for sure.

holy cow. your A/F chart is crazy....

whats up with that Blue Line?!!

anyway. good job on the testing. even with the correction looks like you made some decent power.

hope to see you at TS soon
tell kenetix to bring the FI version... heh. i'll be on the dyno tuning my PE TTs soon. *cough* *cough*

--Cheston

edit: i fwd'd the A/F ratio to danny @ T/S to see what he thinks...

If you look at the a/f ratio, you will see that is is not lean at ALL in the upper RPMs, just in the lower and middle. A/F appears to be around 12.3 from about 6200 on... pretty good to me

Even a AFC will help if you don't do the TS or reflash route. It will probably take a bit of dyno time, but adding some fuel there will certainly help fatten it up a bit.

As you doubtless know, KJY9, the SAE number provides a more accurate representation of the actual peak HP number (i.e. he's not really putting down 266 HP at the wheels but rather 256) but the before-after ratio will be exactly the same and that's what everyone was most interested in.

On all_bark's car the Cats + Plenum = about 17 rwhp. Probably about what he could have expected from the Crawford combo as well.

Thanks...I didn't catch that in the thread and wanted to make sure we were reading SAE and not uncorrected Dynos.

BTW...good job on the Dynos guys...let's see who does the next set of dynos and how they turn out once the full production plenum is out .
Peace out

In the mean time you might want to try resetting your ECU. The ECU might learn a bit and help your AF. That run #13 looks much leaner than the first two.
I'm going to guess you lost signal on Dyno run#2 cuz that's just nUtZ LOL.
Nice run

Did we ever get a price for the plenum? I have been trying to follow this on going saga but I have yet to see the cost...If somebody could let me know that would be great.

all_bark -

I don't know if you got my last PM, but if you don't mind, could you send me the two files from the post-cat baseline, and the post-plenum final run?

Dan

Just wondering if there will be a production version without the provisions for the STB. For us FXers who don't want to have the crease towards the front of the plenum for no reason.

I think it would be beneficial to have this as an option. Just my .02.

Anyways I am very impressed with the people in charge of this plenum and see great potential in it!!!

We had put a lot of thought into a version without a dip, especially for the G35 owners.

I think though we are going to seriosly explore the option of a G35 strut bar first, that will work with our plenum.

Would there be interest in a G35 strut bar? and a G35 strut bar/plenum package?

yeah.. there's definitely an interest for that.. i'm not speakin for all g35 drivers, but most of us do want some type of strut bar in the front..

Awesome results, thanks for doing this all_bark.

Could I possibly get the dynojet file from you so I can compare your graphs with mine?
