Yea, that's what I said! This is how is should sound minus the rasp...

So as you can see the rasp has been cleared up. Mostly due to the resonator. There is still a ring/buzz/metal noise to the exhaust but now it's coming from the front of the car!

So back track!

No resonator rasp in the rear!

With resonator slight rasp in the front by the test pipes

So I strongly believe if I jack her up once more and tighten the o2 sensors and high temp gasket maker the washers on it. The last bit of the buzz should quite down. Other than that... I like it...under 3k rpms it's just like stock just throatier!

I can live with warm up rasp...
