Do any of the aftermarket strut bars fit with the crawford? And how much extra to have the plenum powdercoated?

No other strut bars I have seen fit and the powercoat is $20 extra.

It's the Crawford Z Performance strut bar designed to fit over the front of the Crawford plenum, which is taller than stock to optimize air flow in the plenum and intake to the front cylinders.
