SSR tested this on a G35 and got 402h to the wheels so they say. It is also available for the Z of course, so would this produce the same result? Its priced at $1000. if you want to check it out for yourself go to ssr-engineering.com. Man i hope this is true(fingers crossed)

 

mm.... great.... when you go into their photo gallary.... for each photo displayed has a caption and a description sections... you (everyone) can actually go in and change those captions and the descriptions without passwords...

They might want to put some restrictions on that!

And guess what?! I cannot seem to see any information on the instake manifold though....

The G35 is also turbocharged with their turbo kit. And for the other guy, stop hating on a product you have never tryed. Just cause you think your nismo parts make you fast doesnt mean that you are. I like nismo, but trying them out on other nissans I have had, they don't come close to the hp you can get out of other parts with better quality and price.

 

do you think I am hating any product that I never tried? I would love to try every product which is good to the market! Which sentence do you read from my post that I hate their products? I am just saying that they never display the product, which is the intake that they are promoting.... can you find it in the gallary section? Also I would like to inform you that I never said nismo products will make my car faster than everyone out there.... and guess what?! I had nismo flywheel on before and I just sold it and about to change it to JUN flywheel... what do you think I am doing?

Z350lover have no meaning to flame him at all. As u read from his post, doesn't sound flaming like me.

By my understanding he is trying to say the all the gallery in SSR website can be Edited or Changed the caption.

You can try it yourself through the website here.

Try and click to any picture u wish to open.

Then you'll see an (Edit) beneath the photo.

Click on it and u can change anything u want there.

So i think there is a misunderstanding here.

And also don't start blaming or Accusing people directly if you haven't fully understand what he is trying to explain.
He is trying to do the best thing for the Forum.

Also what is your problem if he mod with all Nismo? i like his car and I'm sure everyone in here does.

So there is no need to have those kind of word from you, just because you didn't read the post propely by coming to your own conclusion saying that he hate the product or trying to ruin the product.

Reason saying this is because everytime someone brings up the ssr manifold, someone else is always there to crap on it. So I just wanted to crap on nismo for a second. Can't I say my two cents if he gets his. not flaming just helping out a person who respects ssr's items.

I would also like to see how well the SSR intake will perform because it looks so much different from the other plenums on the market.... somehow it looks like they follow the design of the individual thottle body STYLE on the m3 and the gtr (each intake has its own short air intake tube) so it will be interesting to see how it goes!

wow this guy is to the ssr manifold as the crawford gang is to their manifold. nobody say anything bad about! watch out this one bites.

the reason why we doubt it is that they introduced it very well but never posted pics of the inside or any dynos other than one on a turbo g35 putting down 400. any turbo g35 could do that with about 9 psi so wheres the gains? we need some independent reviews before i will ever trust them as they have a bad rep in the sentra community.

 

For a sec there I thought you meant with the manifold it makes 402hp to the wheel...

hence me asking would this have the same result on a Z. i was unaware that the G35s were tc. So no one knows the actual resuts of this IM for the Z. Its 1K so id imagine it does something better than the others or they wouldnt be putting up much competition. (or can you edit the price aswell)
