YES, you really need one. So I suppose this is a mod you need to do After you have the JWT, unless you can fabricate your own bracket...........


EDIT: Im keeping the stock intake pipe though, which has that Flexy thingy right after the MAF.....You would Not need a bracket if you switched to an aluminum pipe, but I dont know why you'd want to.

Oh I wont be of too much help with that Q. I imagine, you could remove your bracket, and go on a field trip to home depot. lol

I just emailed JWT to see if they would sell me a bracket because i once read that they once sold a heat-shield to someone. So why won't they just sell me a bracket?

Well if not, then we'll need to make a trip to Home Depot. Thanks for the info AceJ, and i'll be waiting for the pics tonight Cough message Cough
