I thought you all might like this link I found on another site. The MP3 files were recorded on a dyno so there is alot of background noise. The .mpeg's are great! I like the NISMO and Stillen videos, what a distinctive sound!.

i liked the 5zigen sound the best, no one ever really talks about that exhaust though

 

We need a sound clip of the new APS exhaust..

Its said that it sounds alot like a 996 Turbo.

 

I saw one somewhere, I seem to remember it being tucked away somewhere on the APS website. Surprisingly, I didn't like the sound. It was too burpy for my tastes. Nismo seems to capture the Z's distinct sound and amplify it, the stillen is a close second in my book. I'll probably go with the stillen because I will need the highest flow with the APS TT kit I'm getting for XMas.

 

Yeah I watched those movies but its hard to get a good idea what the exhust system itself sounds like with the noise the dyno makes.

If you watch the in-car videos on the APS site the tone from inside the car is perfect.

I just need to hear it reved and also a take off clip would be sweet too.
