Dropped it off for grinding in 5th and 6th on tranny #2, axle clicking, and tire feathering (dont know if they will do anything about the feathering though since its not severe @ 15k miles)

I dont know what I am going to do when I hit 50k miles... how much would it cost me to pay for my own transmission every 7500 miles?

I either have to get an extended warranty or sell the car before then....

 

For those of you who got Nissan to buy back your car for this tranny or tire problem, how did you go about doing it? Did you have to get another Nissan?

how long or how many miles. If my tranny goes out "AGAIN", I'm gonna kick some serious A$$.

Is the tranny covered under factory warranty until 60k/5yrs. or is that only if you bought the extended warranty?

I never understand how the rest of warranty works once the bumper to bumper is gone... lol.... the reason I ask is because mine started grinding, but I am at 35,800 miles!!!

 

Is the axle clicking able to be fixed for free after 36,000 miles? I have it bad now at 43,000.
