Yep, I called Nissan Consumer Affairs and have a case setup with them now. I also spoke with the service manager at the dealership and he is looking into it now. I am gonna go by after work and chat with them and if need be, have them speak directly with the person I worked with at Nissan Consumer Affairs. Im ready to break some heads.

Well just heard back from the dealership. After plenty of *****ing and yelling on my behalf they finally agreed to do the alignment as specificed and replace BOTH front tires at no cost to me.
