Does your 2 little hanger thingies make noise under the rear strut bar?

It seems to me that when I drive to a bummy surface, the 2 little hangers under the rear strut bar makes noise like this: TaptapTaptap....Tap..
Is this happening to others as well?

Never had the noise from the hangers, but my spare tire nut was loose and making a rattling sound. You could check that out just to be sure.
