Bring it to the dealership. I've heard a few people complain about clicking noises at the rear axle & I believe there's a TSB for it so it's covered under warranty.

The clicking sound when you press the clutch down to the floor? It's a switch.

Check out the TSB in the above link. You could have the rear axle TSB.

jsloan, mine did that when it was brand new also. its a single slick when you push the clutch in, and you can feel it in your foot. no noise on the way out.
mine only does it at start up now, I've written it off as normal.

Well here's what I can document so far... :-P
1) Rattling issue is known... so I guess we had to accept that.
2) Clicking of switch - that's the safety switch so you can start your motor safely. Make sure it's not in gear! ahahah.
3) Spring squeek when pressing clutch down to the floor. I've been experiencing this annoyance, but it's not enough to annoy me compared to gear grinding.
4) On super cold weather, the clutch pedal likes to get stuck to the floor or is slow getting back up. It's kinda creepy.
