Located on the passenger side of the engine near the front. It goes into the rocker cover and the hose runs from it to the lower intake plenum and manifold.

I checked the Nissan site that has the recommended service intervals. The first one for the PCV is 24 mo/ 30K miles so it looks like you're about due.

Helps the crankcase breath, which is very inportant. Located on the pass side valve cover. It screws into it. I just replaced mine at 42K.

There is a hose that runs from the valve cover back into the intake stream to draw vapors from the crankcase back into the engine. The valve is a "check valve" in that it allows one way flow from the crankcase to the intake. Because oil vapors are involved, the oil tends to build up on the valve and it gets clogged requiring replacement.

You shouldn't need a part number, just go to a dealer or any auto parts store and give them model and year and they should be able to get you the correct one. I wouldn't doubt that it's the same on all Nissan cars and trucks.
