Default Limp mode sporadically!

Ever since i had Altered Atmosphere install my nitrous, my car has been sporadically going into limp mode. Altered could not install my MSD window switch and during there attempts ripped out most of my electrical system to find what was the problem. Needless to say they couldnt solve the problem and im still window switch-less but now everytime i go over a bump or make a turn my car will hiccup or even go fully into limp mode where i cannot give any gas at all to the engine and cannot rev it up. I have to restart the car while im moving and hope it dosnt do it again which it usually does.
Can anyone tell me if this sounds like a loose connection in the wiring and where it might be from. Altered atmosphere obviously wopuldnt be able to fix it with there lack of wiring experience so im asking here if anyone knows about these types of things.

well, altered atmosphere's wiring job looks like it was done by a 5 year old. my cat could do a better wiring job. half the red wires used were ground wires...aren't ground wires supposed to be black or brown and power wires red? some of the wires changed colors, red to white to black to red...this made for impossible tracing. after we removed the entire nitrous systems wiring from the car it runs great now and no limp mode.

don't take your car to altered atmosphere. they ****ing suck. my friend here paid them nearly 1000 bucks for a nitrous install and they do this kind of job? they didn't even install his bottle openers or msd window switch.

what happened to altered, when we first heard about them they were doing great work. now they've went completely downhill. i'd have to vote them for worst shop in MD after seeing this bull****...
