Anyone else have the tranny shake in 3rd or 2nd gear when your above 4k RPM and let off the gas?

yah me too.. the weirdest is when u let off the gas and as its slowing down in gear, at exactly 2900 rpm ull get a buzzz in the shifter

 

i got the same ****... is it normal or what? mine starts at abou 3.5k rpm

 

Yeah, I think that's normal. My Z does it, and so does my S13.

 

That's normal.
My brother has a lightened flywheel on his Trueno, and it sounds like 10 times louder than my Z (stock flywheel). So if you were thinking about getting an Unorthodox 13lb flywheel or the Nismo 28lb flywheel, just remember that the shifter will buzz and vibrate even louder than it does now.

 

I don't mind teh buzz, its just its weird sicne im used to driving family sedans

 

YES! I noticed it for the first time the other day while doing roll ons in 5th. I'm not sure of the rpm, but on a deceleration I got this harsh *** shifter vibration and the back end vibrated like i was going over rumble strips. WTF?

Very strange, but so is this car...

 

yes! I also get the same buzz in my shifter! Its weird! I guess its normal and it doesnt really bother me.
