Will Nissan do the recall work if the other owner never had it done?

Um... guys? I have an 06 and I'm having this problem???? Wtf? The last 2 fillups, after I filled to full I'm getting a strong scent of pure gasoline in my cabin. On an 06 and this is for 03-04 models????????

Will they still fix this under the TSB!?

If the recall hasn't been done on your car, I assume Nissan would still fix the car. However, if it wasn't done, I'm amazed your 2003 or 2004 hasn't burned up by now.
