Default Check Engine Light

long story short, i had disconnected the battery to hardwire a V1 and when i reconnect the battery i had a check engine light come up. CEL code is P0037

The local autozone says the problem is low voltage on O2 sensor 2 heater control. Low voltage? do you think i may have jared something lose in the process of disconnecting the battery? or is it dead?

Im not sure what a V1 is but try this... unhook the battery for about 20 minutes, then conect the battery and turn your key to the on position. Hold in the odometer button for about 10-15 seconds and your CEL light should blink. Then start your car and it should be off.
