Default 3 weeks old wont start

Hopefully some one can help me out here or point me in the right direction.
I just purchased a 2006 touring 350z and now it will not start. It sounds like its trying to but it just won’t turn over at all. I have tried all 3 keys on it. I have tried turning the key back and forth in the driver side door to bypass that alarm. I have tried reprogramming the key like it say in the manual. I have disconnected the battery for about 30 mins. I have also checked about every fuse in the car. Still no luck at all.

What I was doing before it happened-
For the last week I have been working on changing out the Bose system. The Bose head unit has been out of the car for a week now with no problems. Two days ago I put new speakers in the rear and ran wires to the front dash with no problems. Last night we removed the passenger side door panel, and installed one of the door speakers. And now the car won’t start after that little part. All we did to the door was take the panel off unplug the wire harness running to it and put a speaker in it. None of the speaker wire is even hooked up so I’m sure we didn’t short anything out. It’s really pissing me off right now. Anyone know what to do? The dealers are saying I screwed it up and it will not be cover under warranty, even though they haven’t even looked at it yet.

How's the charge on your battery? Maybe something is connected incorrectly and drained the power out. Tried a jump start?

Sounds like this guy had the same problem but his car sat for a long time. Still searching for other possiblities..

currently nothing has been connected. Its just lose wire running up to the dash and out there the stero was. I tried jumping it this morning with no luck also.

Quick question maybe some one can check this out for me-
The red blinking light on the dash, does it turn solid red when your turning the key to start. it blinks like normal but goes solid red when trying to get the car to start on my car currently.

The light on the dash still blinks normal when the key is inserted and turned to ACC. When I turn it to ON it stays off and starting the car and while it's running it is completely off. Nice observation.

Most likely your immobilizer. I'm assuming your key fobs all work perfectly normal? Try to program 1 key only to see if that is successful and do not use your other keys just yet. If that works re-do all 3 keys.

Are you pressing the clutch while trying to start it? Sorry if I embarras you with asking this, but quite some people didn't realise after just buying the car that the clutch has to be pressed to start the car.....
