Default Do service depts have actual fix for window grease yet?

Just wondering if they got the real fix for this problem yet, I would rather just bring the car in once for this. Don't think it is worth having them fix one way, and then another better way comes out.

TIA

my dealership just order parts in to replace it, if you do a search on this post and the "General post" you can find threads on this subject, make 5pgs short:
take it to your dealer, have them order you the parts (#'s ?).
then the problem should be resolved.

Good luck, I will let you know how mine turns out.

I'll post this again:

My window streaking is fixed. Regal Nissan had my parts on order for 3 months. They finally came in last week. The part they ordered was a window stabilizer p/n 80344-CD000 .
They also replaced the passenger side sun visor p/n 96400-CD040

My service manager said that different dealers were trying different things but the nissan fix is not out yet.... How long has it been fixed is my question?????? because my dealer also cleaned the rollers and it was back in a couple of weeks... I'm interested to see if your fix actually fixes it or just hides it for a couple of weeks.......

Default bump

I foresee the dealer by me not ordering some of the parts that other dealers have to fix the problem unless Nissan actually says that is the actual fix.

It is now april..... any news on this TSB?
