mine was for a loose gas cap...oops

 

Just got back from autozone and mine read P0456 evap emission control system leak very small...Any suggestions to what i have to check or fix...Im running w/AME cold air intake for 3 years now..need help..thanks

 

must be a pretty recent code list...



PS - love the O2 sensor Heather codes Heather problems are annoying

 

If you have test pipes and the sensor is conected then you will get it at on 04.5 and up they register a leak and all it is is that your snesor is reading too much emissions so it isn't a worry. what you can do is pull out the fuse for this one which is I believe number 15 and it will get rid of it but the engine light will come on if anything else is wrong.

 

I don't have test pipes but i'll try to pull out fuse 15 and go back to autozone and clear the check engine light and i'll have to see if it'll go back on,if it does,i'll just take it to a shop...Thank u..

 

It is the 15 eng cont. I think it is labbled on the top of the black box. it is the one at the back row of them on it's own.
