Hub/Wheel Treading.... ugh oh.. i messed it up
I was putting on my winter wheels and i guess i started tightening the lugs but it wasn't aligned.. now the lugs' inner threads (stripped the threads) are messed up and the thread from the bolts of the hub are messed up too. buying lug nuts is easy.. but how do i replace the bolts from the hub that attaches to my wheels? i hope this isn't pricey..

Always take your time and start each lug nut by hand to be sure you don't cross-thread them.
You'll likely need to replace the lug bolts themselves by pressing them out. If you look at the back of the hubs, you'll see there is a slot that allows you to press them out from front-to-back. Check your tech manual for more details and if you're not equipped to do this, take it to a wheel/tire shop and have a pro do it.

yeah, they're definetly going to have to be pressed out. i was just gonna take the hub apart.. hmm.. i didnt know where i should get the lug bolts.. local auto store? nissan dealer/ i can't imagine it to be too expensive each.. maybe 8 bux max?
