I hear a chirpings sound as I accelerate in lower rpms in the lower gears...it kinda sounds like a turbo spooling/air intake suction/ or a similar whine from a sc...wondering if anyones had this issue?

I dont have any engine mods...also how hard is it to replace the front brake pads (non-brembo). Im having some brake squeel on the front end. Anyone wanna help I'll buy a case for the job and another for the road.
