Default need help..... please

hey guys let me start off first by saying how much i love this site.

ok so i have a 03 350z at home. well the problem is that when it's parked or standing still and i move the steering wheel side to side there's this loud squeaking noise. like the shocks aren't lubricated. there no noise when i'm driving or when the car is in motion. i'm no car expert by any means and am wondering weather i should be concerned by this. also fyi, the car doesn't get moved and is left in the garage for the winter. i thought this might be the cause of it.

Is it a Mechanical squeak ? Metal to Metal, Metal to Rubber ? Dont be too concerned.

Is it a squealing "squeak" ? Tighten or replace your belts.

Is it a Squalling "squeak" ? Address your Power steering

I suspect if you are standing still and your Steering wheel is centered it is #1
