Exclamation clutch noise, help!

when i hold the clutch in it seems like the engine is sound and perfect, when i let the clutch out it has a slight humming noise or something but you press the clutch back in it stops... etc, what could it be?

My 03 does it.The dealership said it was the throw out bearings on these cars....when i put my new clutch in they said "that the way these cars are designed there made to cause the throw out bearing to go so your clutch wont blow up" hahaha thats what my service advisor said :-) hahahah

Yea I'm pretty sure all Z's have this to some extent. Mine always did it. BUT recently This noise has expanded to when I am engine breaking there is a lot of cluttering noise, almost like sheetmetal vibrating. Hard to hear it over the exhaust but definitely noticeable. Any ideas?
