Default Blue Tape Question

Ok so tonight i will be leaving for cali from texas. long *** drive yes, but the question still remains! i've heard different stories that blue tape will actually strip the paint off the car.... is this true? if it isn't i'll head over to home depot today and get some...

Well ive never heard of it and ive used it TONS of times and its never stripped my paint off. I figure if you let it sit out in the sun for too long yeah maybe but its never happened to me. GL

well most of the driving im gonna be doing is at night anyways so i should be good then. alrighty gonna go get some after work and taper her up! thanks for the input guys i appreciate it

No Clearcoat = Stripped paint.

Done it numerous times. Never stripped my paint.

Ugly and time consuming. By a bra, they're only 120 bucks and come off and on in a minute, look nice and protect better. If you can afford this car you can afford to protect it.


Here's Mine, best investment for 'sketch trips'
