Lighted switches...need help
Hello
A local dealership butchered my car after having the first service done (grease marks on the headlinger, poked a hole in armrest with screwdriver, etc) and I'm wondering if they messed up my switches as well.
The switches I'm referring to are on the driver side door panel - the 2 window switches, the lock switch, and the window lock switch. My window lock switch doesn't light up, but I can't remember if it ever lit up. Can someone confirm this for me?
I'm going to refrain from naming this Bay Area dealership for now as they seem to want to help me. But I'm extremely frustrated how I brought the car in to have one minor problem fixed, only to gain so many new ones
Thanks

Which dealer?
My "local" bay area dealer did following after window TSB/ rattle fix:
1. Scratched my steering wheel (metal part)
2. The plastic panel where window rollup buttons - scratched up
They are replacing the steering wheel metal piece, but I can't prove the plastic panel!
By the way, I live in "Santa Clara" near Stevens Creek.
Good Luck.

I know a certain dealership around there that has a bad rep....I almost bought my Z there, but was really taken aback by their sales staff...my advice: stay away.
Personally, I like to drive by and wave to the salesguy - who wasn't the coolest - in my Z that I got for a lot less than he was charging!
