car has 13k and this is the first problem. When the window is rolled all the way down it clucks as it hits the bottom, has this happened to anyone else it is the drivers side. I still haven't taken off the panel to see what's goin on.

 

You've got a chicken stuck in the door.

 

Mine has a similar problem, when the driver's side window is completely rolled down, it rattles like crazy when I go over rough or bumpy roads.

 

Have the same problem and took apart the door to find out what it was.( I had my window motor replaced at the dealer). anyway I come to find that one of the bolts had come loose holding the regulator which when I rolled the window down the screw pops out of place making the popping noise. I sure hope nissan works out window problems with the future Z's.

 

Sounds like your regulator may be hitting the stops at the bottom of the door channel.
