Default Car won't start, immobilizer?

I drove my car home last night from simple work at the dealership, car started when I left to drive home.

This morning I turned the key and the ingition is trying to turn the car over but the engine won't fire, and now I've noticed that when the key in in the on position my security light on the dash is solid red.

Anyone have this problem before? Not a single thing I can thing of that would have triggered this.

Brakes & inspection. They said it's possible I need the key reprogrammed. Really have no idea why, it was sitting in my garage after I drove it

Ok. Unfortunately I am an expect concerning this issue. After bringing my car to Forged and having gauges put in they were wired incorrectly into the ground for the NATS security system on the car. So #1 make sure you dont have the possibility of this happening.

If thats not the issue.....then its probably the keys. There is a service bulletin out for the '03 Z and the Murano concerning this issue.

If that is not the problem then the Body Control Module (BCM) located underneath your steering wheel may be busted or the antenna on the system may be messed up.

Hope this helps. PM me if you want to know more.

Try turning your wheel the other way. Happened to me once and that fixed it...some security feature I guess.
