Default Wind Noise in a Non-Roadster

I have an 04 Z and have a peculiar little problem. Of course, both my window motors have died...the passenger side one actually died quick enough to where I got a new one under warranty.

Ever since then, I've had wind noise on that window. When I lived in TX, I didn't worry about it since I had to be going over 120 to hear it. Now that I live in windy windy South Dakota, I can be going 40-50 and get the noise...very very annoying. Also, I noticed some minor water intrusion after getting the car washed. Does anyone know what I could adjust to get the windows to seal properly?

Hrm, so I have to replace the entire weatherstrip piece? I find it really odd that I never had a problem until they replaced that window motor. I'm a little nervous that i'm going to spend the money on the weatherstripping to find that it still has issues....
