Ahh what the hell, here it is anyway, AGAIN.
My dealership was not able to do alignment on my car because its too low for their machine. So after looking at my tires and see what I mean by feathering, the tech spent a few worthwhile minutes on the phone with the nissan head office. The official word is that the problem is with the TOE at the front.
Spec says anywhere from 0.00 to 0.04 degrees. But Nissan says you HAVE TO SET IT TO AS CLOSE TO 0.04 degrees as possible. So basically, it's not a range. You HAVE to have it at 0.04. And that should solve the tire feathering problem. But how the heck do you keep it there?
If anyone has more information, please add.
