Thumbs up OEM battery lasts forever.

Well not forever but 54 months and counting. Baltimore reaches 90 degrees in the summer, and below freezing in the winter. These temperatures can be tough on a battery.

In fact my battery has outlasted tires, brakes and window motors.

Default Good...

to know. I am approaching 36 months and may just change mine out of fear of getting stuck in the middle of Baltimore. J/k I was just there a month ago or so on my way down south.

I'm in Colorado and we certainly have extremes of temperature variance from season-to-season. The OEM battery lasted for five good years, but when it went there was little warning. It was just dead as a doornail! A new battery brought everything back, but there is a lifespan to be aware of.

You're the exception - not the rule. Typically, all you'll get is about 3 years out of most batteries.

HOping mine lasts till my Z is 5 years old, can't see it happening though. The battery in the GF's Maxima lasted 36 months and 1 day, just out of warranty.
