Default Valve Cover oil leak

I was changing my spark plugs today and saw oil around the valve cover. Check the bolts they all seem tight. I guess I need to replace the gasket. Anyone else have this problem.

Was it a leak around a spark plug hole or around the perimeter?

Easy fix then, just order the gasket, remove valve cover, and replace.

lol if it were only like a Honda.

You'll have to remove the plenum to get to the valve covers. Not too bad but not as easy as I4s

Did you use RTV? There's supposed to be RTV used on the gasket at the front near the cam brackets.

the service manual says to do it in two steps. First tighten all bolts in an order (sorry don't have pics of what order because it's a pdf file) at 9-26 inch lbs then go back again and do it at 65-82 inch lbs.
