Default Noise when turn engine off

Hello just wondering if this is normal. When i turn the engine off with my foot off the clutch there is a weird noise like a rattleing noise. if i press the clutch the noise its gone. Also how do i get rid of the brake dust on the front wheels? new pads right? if so do i buy from the dealer or auto parts store. thanks

Welcome romic, but wat are you asking. the clutch rattle is normal with the engine running. Certainly if you've turned off the motor you shouldn't hear any clutch rattle unless you're confusing it with the fan hitting something.

It's the flywheel. Totally norMAL. There's a damper on the stock clutch and flywheel setup. If you turn the car off with the clutch depressed, it won;t rattle. If you do it with out pressing the pedal you will hear the teeth on the flywheel come to a stop. Nothing is wrong.

It is normal for the rattling noise because it does the same thing in a C5 Z06. Brake dust is also normal buying new pads helps it, try Hawk pads. Later and enjoy your ride.
