Default Sounds like "liquid sloshing around"

I have an '08 with 550 miles on it and I think it this sound might be coming from the bottom of the car. It almost sounds like there is a large tube filled partially with water sloshing around loudly whenever the car is in motion.

I am wondering if this is something serious or just one of the odd traits of owning a Z.
