Default shifter vibrates

i'm a new driver of the z.. i have the 6spd... does the shifter vibrates more aggressively compare to other 6spd cars for example i own a bmw 3series 6spd and can hardly feel the vibration... I it normal for 6spd z to do this? or should i get it check?

thanks,
jeff

Z shifters are just anxious, BMW shifters are just tired.
