Hello,
I have a 2003 Enth w/ 33k miles on it. I just bought some HPS pads for front and rear and was wondering when I install these, do you have to turn the rotors? I'm just wondering if they need to be turned after only 33k miles on stocks. Thanks!

With 33K, I'd be surprised if there's enough left to be able to turn them. Turn them based on need, not mileage. If they are scored or warped, then turning them will help. If they're warn too thin, then can't be turned.
