oil pressure gauge and check engine light

my oil pressure gauge is barely over 0 when i drive and my check engine light just came on. then this morning i heard a clickin/rattling sound while driving. should i bring it to nissan?

Looks like you need to add oil ASAP. Do not drive it till you check your oil level.

Is there oil in the motor? If yes tow the car.

Low oil pressure? Check.
CEL? Check.
Clicking/rattling/soon-to-be knocking? Check.
Rod sticking out the side of the block? Nope, not yet. Guess it's ok to keep driving it.

no not at all. the car isnt low on oil i already checked but im at 2800 miles since the last change

you checked the oil level or the number of miles you driven???

this sounds exactely like low to no oil in your engine.
