Anyone got an update on this sprocket/cover issue? I got the same issue P1084 Bank 2 and I am looking around to buy the whole thing.

Anyone got the part information for the 06' revup ?

I just hope buying the whole thing would solve the stupid engine SES light. The car is running like crap.

Is something else maybe causing the sensor to trigger this code? Just asking don't much about technical stuff.

No one managed to find a fix for this issue ?

Im trying to find a workaround by changing the ecu. Before i had this issue I ordered a 350z N350+ LinkECU and I'm currently checking with my mecchanic if replacing the ECU and programming it to bypass this blasted sensor would solve it.

Will post the outcome.

I managed to work around the problem. When I got this error I was in the middle of installing an aftermarket ecu and my mechanic managed to bypass the cam sensor sprocket cover which was generating the error. Sadly the sprocket cover is very expensive and has to be changed with the sensor itself as a whole. So before spending like 850 euros for this blasted cover I took a chance at this and luckily with the programmable ecu I bypassed this sensor error and engine check light is now off.
