Default Scuffed Bumper - Can I fix it?

It's small but noticeable, good thing is it hasn't "indented" into the bumper lol
So when I rub it just feels smoother like theres no glossy coat etc

Is there anything over the counter that can be bought to fix this up?

You can try polish and wax. But unfortunately if the clear coat is gone it is gone. No bringing it back with a magic potion.

Will try that, thanks

Would there be anyway for me to do a solid "DIY" job if I had to just apply a thin later of clear coat?
Or would it need to be sanded, sprayed and clear coated professionally?

DIY clear coat from a rattle can? Very difficult to do well. You have to sand to the paint - then clear coat. The blend areas will look terrible.

Just found some wax and gave it a go, cleared up about 1/2 of it I'd say but there's still a bit of a scuff. Guess I may need to have it professionally done Hope it wont be too expensy

Yup, unfortunately there's alot of scuffs that can't be buffed out. Gotta get the entire thing repainted sometimes...
