I took my car out for a drive today and noticed that under hard acceleraton the pressure goes up to 60. When under normal conditions the pressure is at 30 and whenever i shift gears or put it in neutral it goes to zero. That doesnt seem right to me. I did an oil change 2,000 miles ago with full synthetic. What could be the problem??

Let your car sit for half an hour and check the oil level. If it's normal, it could be a sensor issue.

The oil pressure gauge can be funky at times. Do a search, also- there's a lot of information about this problem.
